Your team of Deal Facilitators also can have a team of deal
finders. Now it’s critical for you to understand that this entire YOUR NETWORK
under you, bringing you deals. Facilitators are taught exactly what deals to
locate. These are the off market crème de la crème deals. These are sellers
that no one else can find so we call these the daddy deals. We use a proprietary way to locate their
number.
If the seller, or heir to the property is living in the US…
(Not living off grid in a climatically sealed underground base…we will get
their number.
This part of your network gets a piece of the deal they
collect the data needed and help analyze the deal. You can still work fulltime
and don’t have to quit your day job. If you are unemployed then need we say
